La capital entrerriana participó del primer encuentro del programa Ciudades Emprendedoras. El objetivo de la iniciativa es acompañar el diseño y fortalecimiento de estrategias para el desarrollo emprendedor. Funcionarios municipales expusieron lo trabajado en la actual gestión.
La Red de Innovación Local (RIL) es una organización que nació en 2014 con el objetivo de lograr que, en cada ciudad, las personas puedan tener calidad de vida y oportunidades para desarrollarse.
La RIL, luego de una convocatoria a la que se presentaron 25 ciudades de 10 provincias, eligió a Paraná como una de las cinco ciudades emprendedoras del país, junto a Corrientes, Almafuerte (Córdoba), Bariloche (Río Negro) y General Pueyrredón (Mar del Plata y Batán).
Una ciudad emprendedora impulsa el desarrollo socioeconómico de las personas a través del fomento de una cultura emprendedora, promoviendo la formación de empresas, proyectos e ideas de innovación, acompañando sus procesos, aportando valor a su entramado productivo, creando redes de articulación y fomentando la generación de empleo en territorio.
Funcionarios de la Secretaría de Hacienda, Inversión, Empleo, Ciencia y Tecnología de la Municipalidad de Paraná participaron, vía zoom, del primer encuentro virtual del Programa Ciudades Emprendedoras, cuyo objetivo es acompañar a las ciudades seleccionadas en el diseño y fortalecimiento de estrategia para el desarrollo emprendedor.
Vanina Alessi, la subsecretaria de Inversión y Empleo, explicó sintéticamente ante los representantes del resto de los municipios elegidos las acciones y políticas públicas que lleva adelante la administración del intendente Adán Bahl con el fin de impulsar y desarrollar el emprendedurismo en la ciudad.
“Paraná tiene muchos emprendedores –chicos, medianos y grandes– y desde el inicio de la gestión, en especial durante la pandemia, venimos trabajando junto con ellos para la generación de oportunidades de comercialización, a través de ferias municipales; créditos, con recursos propios –y también fondos nacionales y provinciales–; y capacitaciones”, remarcó Alessi, “siempre con el objetivo de que crezcan y puedan dar cada día un paso más en su desarrollo”. Subrayó, en este sentido, la creación de la Escuela de Oficios Municipal, con la puesta en marcha de más de 40 capacitaciones.
Del encuentro, además, participaron el subsecretario de Ciencia y Tecnología, Diego Álvarez Daneri; la directora de Empleo, Melisa Clivio; el director de Inversiones, Pablo Lescano: y la directora de Ferias, Flavia Franco.
